Fair 10am - 5pm but we need help setting up and clearing down

We have secured a fundraising stand within the food and farming educational discovery zone at this great "mini Royal Cornwall Show" celebrating all that's great about Cornish farming and food. It's a free event, held entirely under cover at the Exhibition Halls. We would really appreciate help running our stand during the day and you would get a chance to do some shopping yourself! Even an hour is a big help as it allows people to take a break. If you can offer some time, please contact Helen Barlow: treasurer@cornwall-butterfly-conservation.org.uk

Booking essential

We would be very grateful for your help at this practical conservation day to further increase habitat for the Marsh Fritillary. We will be cutting scrub to further open up this area and there will be a fire. Your survey work this year has shown that the butterfly is now breeding very close by and we want to help it return to this lovely site that is accessible to the local community. There will be mince pies at this one!
